a. How to buy Products
To order Products, the User must follow the purchase procedure set out on the Website and select "PLACE ORDER". d. Product Warranty
All the Products contained in the Website are original A-emotional light products. All of them have a three (3) year guarantee in accordance with the criteria and conditions described in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. The Products shall be deemed to be in conformity with the Terms of Use provided that they comply with all of the requirements set out below: Conform to the description given by A-emotional light and possess the qualities of the Product which A-emotional light has presented to the User in the form of a sample or model. Are fit for the uses to which Products of the same type are normally put. The warranty does not cover displacements, or defects caused by knocks, scratches, misuse or normal wear and tear of materials. A-emotional light is not responsible for damage to the Products which may result from misuse of the Products, or from acts or omissions of the User which do not conform to the specifications of each Product, or for damage caused by third parties not connected with A-emotional light.
e. Delivery of the Products
There will be no additional costs for deliveries. Once the Dispatch Confirmation has been sent, the Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the User. The shipment of the products purchased through the Website will be made through a transport company and will be delivered within a period indicated on the Website. A-emotional light will choose the most suitable shipping company according to type and geographic region, who will deliver directly to the shipping address you have notified us of. It is required that there is someone at that address during working hours and a contact telephone number. A-emotional light does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the Product does not take place as a consequence of the data provided by the User being false, inaccurate or incomplete, or when the delivery cannot take place for reasons beyond the control of the delivery company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the User or the retention of the Product in Customs. Transport times may be altered due to extraordinary incidents in the logistics services company/s, periods of high demand, difficulties in the delivery of the goods and/or force majeure; in any case, no delay in delivery with respect to the delivery times indicated in the order confirmation shall entitle the user purchaser to claim any compensation whatsoever. Shipping costs may be changed at any time without prior notice. Such a change shall be applicable from the time the modification is included in these Conditions of Sale. In any case, the shipping costs that appear at the time of placing the order will be valid.
f. Price and payment of the Products
The prices applicable to each Product shall be those published on the Website on the date on which the User places the Order. The prices indicated for each of the products or services offered on the Website include Value Added Tax (VAT) and shall be understood to be in Euros (€). The prices applicable to each service shall be those published on the website or those offered in the form of offers and promotions on the website or in banners, commercial communications from the provider, etc. Although A-emotional light tries to ensure that all prices shown on the Website are correct, errors may occur. In the event that A-emotional light discovers an error in the price of any of the Products ordered by a User, it will inform the User as soon as possible and will give the User the option of reconfirming the Order at the correct price or cancelling it. If A-emotional light is unable to contact the User, the Order will be considered cancelled and the User will be reimbursed in full for any amounts paid. A-emotional light will not be obliged to supply to the User any Product at the incorrect lower price (even if the Order Confirmation has been sent) if the error in the price is obvious and unequivocal and could have been reasonably recognized by the User as an incorrect price. Prices may change at any time. However, the possible changes will not affect the Products for which A-emotional light has already sent the Order Confirmation.
- I. Payment methods The User may pay by credit or debit card. To minimise the risk of unauthorised access, the User's credit card details will be encrypted. Whether the payment is made by credit or debit card, the charge will be made at the moment when A-emotional light sends the order confirmation to the User. The customer will be able to choose, for each online purchase, the payment method that is most convenient according to the commercial terms and conditions offered. In order to enable A-emotional light store to take the appropriate steps, you must notify as soon as possible of any undue or fraudulent charge in the payment method used for the purchase on which the infringement has occurred. Failure to notify A-emotional light within 24 hours will exonerate A-emotional light from any responsibility for the refund.
- II. Value Added Tax (VAT) The applicable VAT rate shall be the rate legally in force at any given time depending on the specific product in question.

Product returns and refunds.
a. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the applicable regulations, in the event that the User is contracting as a consumer, the User may withdraw from the contract (except in the cases established by law) and freely return the Products delivered at any time within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery thereof (the "Withdrawal Period"). The aforementioned right of withdrawal shall not be valid with respect to those Products that have been made in accordance with the specifications made by the Buyer or clearly personalized. The communication and management of said withdrawal must be carried out within the aforementioned period through sending an email to info@a-emotionallight.com. Please fill in the following information: E-mail address; Telephone number; Reason for return. An email with the acceptance of the return will be send, indicating the transport method and instructions for the return. Remember to pack the order carefully, including all original packaging, instructions and other documents included with the order. The return costs are to be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded at the time of the refund, this amount will be communicated in the acceptance of return communication. You may return any item you have purchased from A-emotional light store. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the same, products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so the customer must be careful with the product/s while they are in their possession. Likewise, returned items must include all their original packaging, instructions and other documents that may accompany them. Once the relevant inspection of the returned Product has been carried out to ensure that the requirements established in section c) below are met, A-emotional light will refund the User the corresponding amount, except for the return costs, in the same method of payment used in the purchase and within a maximum period of 14 days. A-emotional light will not refund the amount nor will it resend any merchandise until the reception and the state of the packaging and accessories of the returned item have been verified. Once the Withdrawal Period has elapsed, no Product returns will be accepted. Exchanges will only be accepted for those Products that may have been defective in accordance with the provisions of section b. below.
b. Return or replacement of defective Products
In the event that the User considers that the Product does not conform to the specifications established for said Product, he/she should contact A-emotional light immediately by e-mail to the contact address info@a-emotionallight.com providing the details of the Product, as well as informing of the defect and whether he/she chooses to return it or replace it with an identical Product. The User will be able to return the Products contacting A-emotional light sending an email to info@a-emotionallight.com or his own means, as detailed in section a). Once the relevant inspection of the returned Product has been carried out, A-emotional light will send, within a reasonable period of time, an email to the User informing if the return or replacement of the Product is appropriate. In the event that the return is accepted, A-emotional light will reimburse the User in full the price of the Product. If the User has opted for a replacement, A-emotional light will bear the shipping costs.
c. Provisions common to returns and refunds.
- The User must comply with the following requirements in order to make use of the right of withdrawal, as well as to be able to return or replace Products:
- I. To organise the return of the Product, the User must contact A-emotional light by sending an email to the contact address info@a-emotionallight.com;
- II. The User may prove the exercise of the right of withdrawal in any legally admissible form.
- III. The Product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. A-emotional light will not refund any amount if the Product has suffered any damage, so the User must be careful with the Product while it is in his possession;
- IV. The refund will be made in the same means of payment that the User used to pay for the Product and within 14 days of verification of the goods subject to return.
Law and Jurisdiction
These Conditions and any relationship between you and A-emotional light shall be governed by Spanish law. For any dispute between you and A-emotional light arising out of the existence or content of these Conditions or your visit to the web site, both parties will submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country.
